Old Quebec Outing
On the 21st of September the grade 5 and 6 students went on an outing in the old Quebec. First, we went to the Quebec’s Parliament to attend a parliamentary session. Here are examples of things that were discussed ( Children with down syndrome, Nurses , Spain’s Catalogne , Cannabis , ect . )
Then we went to eat lunch on the Terrasse Dufferin and after we ate an ice cream at the beside the Chateau Frontenac.
In the afternoon, we walked to the museum of the Plains of Abraham for an activity. First, we listened to a presentation from General Wolfe and General Montcalm explaining their war strategies. Then, we recreated a battle French against British. In this battle, we had to learn how to be soldiers and it was really fun and interesting.
